Captain Barry Spieler brings more than 50 years of time on the water to every trip aboard the Magic, from helming tall ships to captaining mega yachts to sailing thousands of miles with his own family. Wherever he's traveled, the sea has always been the constant.
He's known on the docks for a laid back, honest, non-touristy approach, no upsells, no arrogance, just a capable crew and a comfortable boat. First mate Bonnie works alongside him on most trips, and between the two of them, families and first-timers get the same easy, unhurried day that seasoned anglers do.
Some places you have to run 30 miles just to start fishing. In Key West, you're on the fish in minutes. We fish calm, protected water close to the dock, real fishing, real fun, the way locals do it.
